I ordered online for in-store pickup, and to be fair, the item was there when I arrived, so that part was fine. I did have to wait around longer than I expected, though, and the staff seemed a little unsure at first about where my order was or what the process was supposed to be. Reading between the lines, it felt less like anyone was being careless and more like the pickup system just wasn’t running very smoothly. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit clunkier than I’d hoped.

"Decent app, but it could be smoother"
So... the app is okay overall and it works fine most of the time. The main issue is that it can get slow, and sometimes it freezes when I’m trying to check details. It’s not a huge deal, but it does get annoying after a while. Definitely feels like it could use some smoothing out

I ordered a speaker from extra.com and I’m glad the product info was mostly spot on. The size, color, and specs all matched what I received, which I really appreciated. The only small thing is that the photos made it look a little bigger than it actually is. Still, I’m happy with my purchase overall and would give it 4 stars

"The prices didn’t really make sense to me"
I was browsing extra.com for a few things, just kind of checking prices as I usually do, and most of what I saw was more expensive than other sites I already use. Even the “deals” didn’t really feel like deals, if that makes sense. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but then I’d compare the same item somewhere else and it was cheaper there. So yeah, I don’t really see why I’d buy from them when I can get the same stuff for less somewhere else...

I found what I was looking for quickly using the search and filters. I mean, maybe I just got lucky with the exact item, but it felt easy to narrow things down. The prices were clear too, which I appreciated. Overall the site was simple to use and didn’t feel like a hassle

"Got it sorted, but wow it took a minute"
I had an issue with my order/account getting a real response took longer than it should have. I ended up having to follow up myself, which was annoying because I just wanted it handled without chasing anyone down. To be fair, they did eventually fix it and everything seems to be working fine now, so at least it got resolved. But yeah, the whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Helpful Staff, But the Checkout Line Was a Saga"
The staff were actually helpful and pointed me in the right direction when I was trying to find a few things. But wow, checkout felt like it dragged on forever. Not a total disaster, but definitely a little more dramatic than I expected for a quick shopping trip

I ordered something from extra.com and ended up needing to return it. To be fair, the return process itself was straightforward, so I can’t really complain about that part.

The refund was a different story though. I did eventually get my money back, but it took longer than I expected and I had to keep checking on it more than I should have. Kind of felt like nothing was moving unless I paid attention, but at least it got sorted in the end...

"Installation was fine, just a bit messy"
I ordered a TV from extra.com and paid for the installation too. The guys did show up on the day I booked, so that part was okay. A little late though. I ended up calling once just to see what was going on.
Setup was done properly, and they were polite enough. No issue there. But it felt rushed. Like they wanted to get in and out fast. They also left some packaging behind, which was annoying. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected for the price

I signed up sometime around March, or maybe it was early April, and being able to pay in installments helped a lot. The monthly payments were manageable, so I didn’t feel that big financial stress all at once.

"Delivery was fine, just felt a bit slow"
I ordered from extra.com and the delivery was okay, but I was kind of in a rush so it felt slower than I hoped. It didn’t take forever or anything, but I expected it to arrive a bit sooner. The tracking was available, but it barely updated, so I kept checking and wasn’t really sure when it would show up. The package did arrive in good condition with no damage, so that part was fine. I just wish the delivery had been quicker.

I’ve ordered from extra.com a few times now, the delivery is always on time like it’s just how they do things. The updates are clear enough, and the driver called before arriving, which pretty much makes everything easier. I haven’t had any issues so far, so I’m happy with the experience...
